We get this question every week, so let’s answer it plainly and from firsthand experience running the cabins inside Turner Falls Park: no, our 8 cabins do not have hot tubs.
We’ve got ‘cold tubs’ 😉 in every bathroom, sure — but if you’ve seen our cabins listed somewhere with a hot tub, that’s outdated or simply incorrect. When you’re booking, we want you to get a clear picture of exactly what you’re getting. Here’s the honest rundown, plus where to find a hot tub nearby if that’s a must-have for your trip.
Do the Turner Falls cabins have a hot tub?
No. None of our cabins inside or out of Turner Falls Park have a hot tub, and we don’t want to suggest otherwise.
TurnerFalls.net runs 7 private cabins inside the park gates and 1 just outside. Our promise to guests is simple: you’re a short walk from Oklahoma’s tallest waterfall, not a spa resort. What our cabins do offer is a comfortable, clean basecamp — a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heat, a private deck, and in many cabins a cozy fireplace — right inside the 1,500-acre park.
Why don’t your cabins have hot tubs?
Because the water you came for is already here, and it’s better than any hot tub. Our cabins sit inside Turner Falls Park, where Honey Creek feeds the 77-foot waterfall and fills natural swimming holes like the Blue Hole.
Guests spend their days swimming in the creek, cooling off under the falls, and soaking up the Arbuckle Mountains — then come back to the cabin to grill on the deck and watch the stars. We’ve chosen to keep our cabins simple and authentic to the park experience rather than market amenities we don’t have.

Where can I find a cabin with a hot tub near Turner Falls?
If a hot tub is non-negotiable for your getaway, you’ll find them at private cabin rentals just outside the park in the Davis and Sulphur area:
- Red Top Cabins in Sulphur (about 5 miles away) offers log cabins with outdoor hot tubs.
- The Bluebird Cottage in Davis sits roughly a mile from the Turner Falls Park entrance with a hot tub in the backyard.
Search “cabins with hot tubs near Turner Falls” on Google or Bing, and you’ll find these and a few others. They’re a good fit if a private soak matters more to you than waking up inside the park.
If there’s no hot tub, what is there to do in the evening?
Plenty. In fact, most of the evening activities are why people fall in love with this place. After the day’s adventures, guests relax on their private deck, cook dinner in the full kitchen or grill outside, and warm up by the fireplace in the cabins that have one.
Because you’re inside the park and away from city light, the stargazing is spectacular. Many guests take an evening walk down to Honey Creek to listen to the water, then turn in early to catch the falls before the day crowds arrive.
What amenities do your cabins actually have?
Each of our cabins is set up to be a comfortable home base for exploring the park. You can expect a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and a private deck with views of the surrounding forest or creek. Several cabins feature a fireplace, and a number of them are pet-friendly with secure yards.
Best of all, booking one of our cabins puts you within walking distance of the waterfall, the swimming areas, and the trails.
Is it worth staying inside the park without a hot tub?
For most of our guests, absolutely! We are the only private cabin operator that can put you inside Turner Falls Park. That means no daily re-entry lines, no parking hassle, and the park is your backyard from sunrise to after dark.
A hot tub is something you can find at hundreds of rentals; waking up a 2-minute walk from a 77-foot waterfall is not. If that trade sounds right to you, we’d love to host you.
