Welcome to Turner Falls Park Cabin! By making a reservation and staying at our property, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservation and Payment

Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified at the time of booking.
Deposit: A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property after your stay.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guest: Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will forfeit the full payment.
Cancellation by Turner Falls Park: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel reservations. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in Time: 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out may result in additional fees.

4. Occupancy and Use

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the cabin is specified in the booking details. Exceeding this number without prior approval may result in eviction without refund.
No Parties or Events: The cabin is intended for quiet enjoyment. Loud parties or events are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect the peace and quiet of the park and surrounding cabins.

5. Pets

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed only if specified at the time of booking. Additional fees and cleaning charges may apply. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

6. Smoking

Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is prohibited inside the cabin. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

7. Property Care and Damage

Guest Responsibilities: Guests are expected to treat the cabin with care and respect. Any damage to the property or its contents will be charged to the guest’s account.
Inspection: The cabin will be inspected before and after each stay. Guests should report any existing damage upon arrival.

8. Liability

Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their companions. Turner Falls Park is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during your stay.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure that all personal belongings are secured.

9. Compliance with Park Rules

Park Regulations: Guests must adhere to all Turner Falls Park rules and regulations, including but not limited to those concerning wildlife, fire safety, and environmental protection.
Eviction: Failure to comply with these terms and conditions or park rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

10. Amendments

Changes to Terms: Turner Falls Park reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes prior to their stay.

11. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Turner Falls Park is located.
